Sean worked on a half bathroom for us. He removed a barn door and installed a pocket door and removed old dated tile and installed new modern tile. We are very happy with the results! Sean’s character and work ethic is top notch. He worked full days and had excellent communication with quick responses before during and after the project was complete. Something that really sticks out, as a Mama to babies, is how he quick mopped the floor at the end of each work day! I had never experienced a contractor doing that before! It is something I truly appreciated! Also Sean helped our neighbor that was moving with lifting something which also speaks to his character. Thank you for your help with our bathroom. We look forward to working with you again!

Sean was excellent! We had him do tile in 3 rooms and LVP in the master bedroom. He was a fantastic communicator and always let us know what to expect. He gave us a quote very quickly and started the job as soon as the flooring came in. We are beyond thrilled with the way our new flooring looks! Sean Cunningham does Amazing work! He is professional and meticulous. He installed a shower enclosure for me ( actually two) and also did an amazing job with the tile work in one of the showers. Sean did a full on remodel… pretty much gutted a small and weird divided bathroom and transformed it into a large, beautiful, modern, accessible, work of art! Cunningham & Sons LLC recently remodeled the only bathroom in our old house. Sean had estimated that the job would take 3 1/2 weeks, but he worked tirelessly to bring the room back into total operation in only two weeks time. It was important to us to retain some of the original features of the room, and Sean worked with us to be sure that happened. He replaced and leveled our aging subfloor before he tiled it with the small ceramic tile we had chosen. He carefully removed all the old woodwork before he painted our walls and replaced it when he was finished. Sean worked with us to reinstall our old vanity, building it up height-wise to make it easier to use. He even fixed a thumb latch on one of our old doors! As Sean rebuilt our shower area, he moved the plumbing to facilitate ease of e
