I highly recommend Newfound plumbing and heating Donny and Zach are awesome they replaced my hot water heater right away I called and they installed it the next morning. They have a lot of experience an knowledge in plumbing and heating I will always use them as my plumber

This company makes purchases on Amazon from small businesses like mine and then returns a pice of paper instead of the product we shipped them as in the photo attached. When we refuse to refund them, they file a chargeback. Would you want to do business with a company like this???

We gave the team quite a challenge with a very modern house, lots of glass, radiant concrete floor and very little mechanical space to work in. Over the course of the build, we got to know many of the employees include the owner. They are all excellent. I have friends in the HVAC business and they were very impressed with the installation. The mechanical room is a regular stop on the house tour as the piping layout is a sight to behold. The Newfound team has been great answering my questions and ensuring we use the system properly. Our house is comfortable year round due to their hard work. We highly recommend them if you are doing work in the area.

I cannot say enough regarding my experience with Newfound Plumbing. Don (the owner) promptly returned my initial call in a timely manner; unlike several other local plumbing companies. Knowing they were very busy and the necessity of the work I needed, Don accommodated me within days. Keith and Max who performed the work were very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Explained everything. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We were having some issues with water pressure in our apartment, Pete came out on time and was extremely personable and professional. Though the repairs were simple Pete made the extra effort to explain what he was doing and how it effected the water pressure in our apartment.
