They came to check our refrigerator, which was having several problems. He checked everything and gave us an estimate for the parts and service to fix it. He was honest by stating it would be cheaper to get a new fridge instead! Quick response and friendly. Very happy with the service.

Zach was great. He came out as promised and methodically checked out our gas cooktop. We had orange tinged flames. He was able to confirm the gas lines were good and the appliance was fine. That only left air quality in the house. While he couldn’t fix that, he gave us several suggestions. Eventually, we figured out that our portable humidifier was messing up the air quality. Turning that off and clearing the air fixed our issue. Zach did let us know during the initial call that air quality might be a factor and he gave us several issues to check first. All in all, I have to say Zach knew his stuff and was very helpful. My only constructive feedback is that I wish he were more available on a quicker schedule, but he is clearly in demand!!
