I did commercial concrete for 18 years with my dad’s company of 50+ years, he and I have seen and poured everything possible. We know concrete. We did a basement walkout at my house recently. I used Curb Cart 4 times, footings, foundation, stairs, and sidewalk to street. The concrete quality is the absolute best of U-cart concrete I’ve used. Its quality rivals that of the major brand batch plants. With each load the equipment worked perfectly and was remarkably clean. The trailers pull very well, and the mixers are top notch. The facility is very well maintained, and easy to get in and out of. I use this place every year. Normally I don’t have an issue. This year not only was the service slow but somehow was my fault. With no one in front of me both when o got there and when I got back. So when you spend an extra hour 25 minutes before and 35 minutes after. Makes you miss your window to pour. Like I told the guy who spoke no English I was told to put the 20 gallons in preparation of picking up the second load. So when I was told it’s just the way it is and we need you to pay a $75 wash out fee. I finally said no. Then I was told I had an attitude. Take some accountability and grow up. If I ever treated a customer like I was treated I would have lost my job. Be honest in your dealings. Don’t try and make more money out of a situation when you are the reason for the problem an
