Curb It Landscape Concrete

Deciding to add concrete curbing around four trees and a garden area was easy, but deciding on a company, color, size, and texture was another matter. We are so pleased that we chose Curb It. We first worked with Bob to get the estimate. He answered all our technical and aesthetic questions while he was at the house, and provided guidance on the detail decisions. Installation was able to be scheduled for this year (YAY!!!). Brandan came with his crew and in a few short hours had completed the entire project (except he returned another day for the sealant application). I am sure their work is great high quality, but I CANNOT say the same for their customer service. I got a Quote from the Owner Brandon who I wanted to schedule this year but due to fiscal issues we were had to push the job off until next year 2026. I left him a voice message regarding this and tried to follow up SEVERAL times and he basically ignored/Ghosted me. That has to be the WORST customer treatment I have ever seen from a contractor. He seemed promising at first but that is a HUGE RED FLAG as far as I am concerned. Tread lightly on this guy. Huge Thumbs DOWN.
