Needed to get our heat pump and furnace serviced--was often making a "pulsing" sound towards the end of a heating cycle. Not urgent, but they responded quickly and came the next day. Cage, the technician was very personable and knowledgeable and seemed to do a very thorough job, checking everything and cleaning the furnace fan. Definitely value for money. Would highly recommend.

Mike was very fast to respond when I reached out for help with my noisy heat pump. He diagnosed the issue, was up front and honest about cost and options I had. He was able to do the repair soon after and everything went great. I highly recommend him for anyone’s heating and cooling needs!

Mike was polite, on time, and informative. He fixed prior work that was not done correctly and didn’t even charge me for it. Could have been a ton of money, seeing how it’s the holiday season in greatly appreciated his time, effort and kindness. I would highly recommend his services with any HVAC issue. We came home from vacation and found the house was 44 degrees! I called Mike and he came within 45 minutes. He fixed the furnace, replaced a bad part and installed a new thermostat that I had bought. Great service! He was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Truly a pleasure!

Mike came out on a Saturday and went right to work, replacing our extremely had to get to furnace fan that was toast! He was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about our old furnace.
