Josh , was incredibly professional. Promptly responding to any messages and showing up usually within a day. we nicked a coolant line while building. he repaired the line without any charge. Really great service, and with a price that was about $1000 less than the nearest competitor. System is great and I would definitely come back to use them again on future builds. This is now my go to guy for Ductless systems.

We were leaving town before their schedule would fit us so Josh worked us in on a Saturday. The work was excellent and their approach very professional. Josh was easy to talk with. knowledgeable, and willing to share information. The pictures show the detail he went to to make the install look its best. There is a minimum amount of line hide showing on the exterior as he went through the attic with the linesets. Low bid is not always a good outcome, but in this case it was great.
