They gave us a fair quote, they showed up when they said they would, they did quality work, it made us feel very comfortable with what we were doing, and explained everything in detail. We hired Traci and James for several big jobs on our property— installing a septic system, digging ditches, putting in the driveway, and the culvert, and grading for both our shop and our house. High Ridge Excavation was an absolute joy to work with! They are professional, clean, and honest. Lately we've been trying to get excavation done on our property and we've had fail upon fail of other companies who either won't call us back or, when we did manage to get a hold of someone and arrange a time to come out, they never show and never call. Not only that but prices out there have been nauseating. We were approaching our breaking point of frustration. Traci and James were beyond friendly and extremely easy to work with. The site was left clean and beautiful when they were finished. They even offered us their extra water (which is a precious commodity where we live as we have to haul water in). They treated us like humans instead of dollar bills. I cannot recommend these guys enough
