John & his team were fabulous. They were extremely flexible with our schedule. I would highly recommend them. Extremely professional and took the time to explain things to us. I am so glad I trusted my gut and decided to get the tank dumped. It was never dumped when we bought the house, and was almost near full capacity. They truly took the Duty out of our Dooty! We do not have the correct cover on our tank and they even offered to bring us one they have for no charge.

We had a clogged sewer line today that was under the neighbors yard and we called J & S drain due to their high recommendations from fellow Prinevillers, John the owner answered our questions & was very knowledgeable, he gave us the price and explained what they would do to unclog the pipe, very nice guy he then dispatched Austin to us. Austin communicated with us right away letting us know when he would be here, he was quick with getting to us on a Saturday night last minute. Austin was extremely professional, and very knowledgeable as well, as he was jetting our pipe he explained what he was doing and how to process works and conversed with us while he was working. Discovered a septic system backup on a weekend which is never fun. They came out the next morning and pumped my tank giving a couple of days to look into the issue. They were able to fix the problem and get everything flowing again. One thing I loved was being told about what the possible issues were and the resolution to each of those. In the end it worked out to be about as good as it could have been. Some serious root issues in my line and they were able to resolve them in just a few hours once they found where it was at. Great communication throughout the whole process and done at what I feel was a fair price. Highly recommend this local company.
