He did good work no doubt about it - but he quoted me a flat price without a written up proposal - then after work started he needed more money for additional time and materials. This ended up raising the job cost about 30% over what he said. Not the end of the world but they need to do a better job of explaining to their clients what is possible upfront so there arent suprises like this in arrears.
