HOUSE OF DECOR

I want to give a big thanks to Bill Roe the owner of house of decor he was kind enough donate carpet to my 4-h woodworking project! Thank you very much Bill I greatly appreciate it!

My experience with House of Decor was excellent. Bill helped me find a blind that was a larger size and got me thru the entire process from the ordering to installation to coming back one last time for an adjustment. They made sure I got what I was looking for. Very good group to work with from the store to out on the job. Highly recommend

From out of town and needed to help my 98 year old grandma with her blinds. Although this is not a Chicago showroom, looks to have nice quality stuff. Only needed to get a bracket part and Bill took good care of me! He helped me with instruction and even gave me 1 part extra! The blind is up, mounted, and secure now! Most important part though is that my grandma is happy ☺️

Disappointed in the customer service, or lack there of. Basically no clear communication, we told them to take the floor install off the bathroom shower renovation project because we were not ready for it yet. We told them the flooring would be decided on later because we were going to do the same floor throughout the house because I don’t want to have any thresholds. While we were not there they laid the flooring in the bathroom with a threshold. We were charged 1500.00 for flooring we didn’t want and are going to rip up. I called Customer service rep “designer”Jessica because I thought communication would be easier with her, I wanted to know the status of my choice of shower fixtures. She was rude, she told me the 9500.00 quote for a shower renovation didn’t include the cost of the fixtu

My project must have been too small for owner to get back with me. Very poor customer service. I ordered from a different vendor that appreciated my business.
