Spoke with them about a freezer repair, it was planned they were going to come up on a Friday morning to check it out. The time they said they were going to come at, came and went and I never received a call. After me calling them several times, I finally spoke with the manager and he apologized saying they had an emergency, ok understandable. He rescheduled for following Monday OR Tuesday. Both those days came and past, no call, no show, so I'm done with them. I was quoted a reasonable rate of $65 for them to come to my house and diagnose the problem, as opposed to other repair shops wanting $75 to just drive to my house then a dollar a minute after that. Regardless, they never showed, never called... Not very professional.
Great people to deal with. Arrived on time and repair was quick. Very reasonable rates.
