Lloyd was very conscientious and made sure everything was in top condition with our low pressure hot water radiant heat system that runs on LP gas. His challenges were with the supplier sending the wrong NG to LP conversion kits. We appreciate his attentiveness and perseverance.

2 stars, I'd of gave them 5 if they'd of just told me they didn't want the job. Which is exactly why they didn't give me a estimate. They were prompt coming out and looked at the job the same day I called. Very knowledgeable and definitely helped me figure out how I needed to do the duct work. I do appreciate that help. I would of even been satisfied with a outrageous estimate. But to just ignore the estimate after telling me they'd be in touch just agitated me. When the son said "who ever does the job" I guess should of been my hint. But just tell me you don't want to do it. Don't leave me hanging.

I was having furnace problem and my regular (now former) company told me they could not get anyone here for almost a week. Kite and Ulerick had a tech here in about 15 minutes. Robert is very polite & had problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He explained everything he did. I highly recommend this business to everyone!
