This business has done multiple jobs for me. We did roofing, floors, painting walls and ceilings. Then just recently had extensive water damage which they care of. We needed a whole bathroom demo, while doing this we found some problems from when the home was built . All of this work was discussed and we come to deciding on what we wanted. All the work we had done which was lots it was taken care of in the time we were told, all workers were very professional and all of them had great customer service! My home is beautiful it is absolutely amazing!! We are so happy with both jobs they did for us. We highly recommend Custom ETC for your needs.

We hired Custom ETC and Shawn Wilhoit for several concrete and fence-related projects, and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. Shawn stopped answering calls and messages after accepting the job and receiving payment, leaving multiple tasks incomplete. Concrete was never cleaned off the fence panels as agreed. Three damaged fence panels were never repaired or replaced, leaving the site in poor condition. The dock-high wall concrete was left unrepaired. The handrail for the steps was never installed, despite being part of the contract. Most concerning, a $14,000 deposit for parking curbs has not been returned, and we’ve received no response after multiple attempts to follow up. They did an amazing job on our 30x55 shop. We did a turn key shop and Custom ETC made it extremely easy. They also fixed our carport another company did and attached it to our shop. Great workmanship and they did ours in a timely manner. Highly recommend Custom ETC.
