Custom Professional Painting Services

Spoke to this gentlemen about getting a job done for our company. He told me he was working on a job and should be done by a certain day. I told him I would set the appointment up with my customer and send him the details via email and if anything changed please give me a call. I never heard anything back so I assumed everything was good to go. An hour and a half after he was supposed to arrive I called to find out what was going on. He told me he had previously said he should be done by that day but wasn't sure and he doesn't work like that. No call, no update. Now is saying PROBABLY another week, not sure, before he can get out. Poor communication = bad service.

On April 21, 2020 Mr. Suddreth with Custom Professional Painting Services came to my home to provide me with an estimate for painting the exterior of the house. I was satisfied with the estimate and my intentions were to have him complete the project. Mr. Suddreth explained that he required 20% upfront due to past experiences of him purchasing materials for a job and then clients canceling the job leaving him with unneeded materials. He never used the words non-refundable and I didn't think to ask. I transferred the requested amount of $1200 via PayPal immediately. Shortly after, I had some unexpected events occur including an emergency vet bill, a collison with a deer, and a month of missed income from my second job due to COVID.
