We couldn't be happier with Custom Tub and Tile. I first spoke to them on a Thursday, and by Monday the job was started, and by Tuesday it was complete. Lynnette gave a virtual estimate in minutes and was super responsive and friendly. We had a steel tub and tile surround recoated in white and a shower pan, and tub and shower tile surround recoated in a stone finish and they look amazing. He also removed our old nasty glass door and return so we could replace it with something much better. Our technician, Dennis, really knew what he was doing and worked very hard and efficiently while keeping everything clean. I've had three different companies resurfaced multiple tubs in my residence. One of which was Custom Tub and Tile Resurfacing. I can say from experience. Two of the companies did poor work. One company did such horrible work they basically ruined my tub. Custom Tub and Tile Resurfacing was by far hands down so much better than the other two companies. They fixed and corrected my ruined tub. My wife and I were quite shocked how great our tub looked after Custom Tub and Tile Resurfacing serviced it. I couldn't be happier with this company and HIGHLY recommend Custom Tub and Tile Resurfacing.

Had 2 tubs resurfaced last year and one started peeling less than a year later. Now it appears they are out of business.

Service tech arrived at the appointed time, did a very thorough job with fantastic results (corrected my previous DIY botched attempt) and was fastidious in his cleanup. This is the second home in which I have used Custom Tub's service and I should have learned that DIY jobs look great on TikTok videos, but the results just don't measure up unless you bring in the pro.
