I highly recommend this business for getting your floors redone. I went to the store and talked with an associate of what look I was going for. I was able to take home as many samples of flooring as I wanted to see what looked best. After that it was a smooth and easy process with no hidden fees. I was provided updated invoices any time we requested something new. The job was done in less than a week with no complications. We are repeat customers. We had our living room floors done and most recently our bathroom shower. Customer Service and installation have been top notch. JD went above and beyond helping me pick out an accent tile. Then Angie was very patient when walking me through all the grout choices and custom possibilities to make sure i was satisfied! I own and operate a residential construction and remodeling company and used these guys for years and had many jobs that went well. It’s how a company responds when there’s a problem that separates the good from the great. I had issues with these guys on more than one occasion where they didn’t stand behind their work.
