Matt was incredible and I would recommend him to anyone. He installed a new hot water tank for me in under 2 hours. He did good and timely work and was very reasonable cost wise.

Matt quickly and economically replaced the leaking shut-off valve on the gas line to my furnace, getting me up and running in no time. The gas company put new gas lines in my neighborhood and installed a new, outdoor meter to my home; but when they went to restore my service and checked all my lines, they found the leaky valve and would not turn my gas back on until it was fixed, so no hot water! Not only did Matt not gouge me, but his rates are very fair, straightforward, and honest. I will definitely use his services again. Thank you, Matt, for not taking advantage of the situation.

I realized our furnace wasn’t kicking on this morning. I reached out to Cuyahoga Valley Heating & Air. I was able to get an appointment for only several hours later. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue, purchased the part needed and repaired our furnace! We are warm again and are so appreciative for a business that follows up and does what they say they’re going to do!
