Lauri was so informative from shower heads to shower basins. She really knows her stuff and was so helpful with laying out all the pros and cons of various products. Making decisions on brands, shower systems is very tough but Lauri was helpful with providing the information needed to help make the decisions a little bit easier.

Called looking for a part for my boiler. Gentleman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. While they didn’t have the part immediately available they had it in NJ. He offered to have it shipped but I couldn’t wait, so he put it on hold for me and I was able to pick up. Boiler works again!
