I highly recommend Dallas Flooring Warehouse in Granbury. I needed all new carpet in my home but was overwhelmed with all the options and little guidance from big box stores. Jim guided me and I had carpet picked out within 30 minutes. He got me the quote and I had carpet scheduled for install shortly after. The installers were professional and courteous. I am more than happy with my overall experience.

Jim Renfro is wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. He supported my condo renovations , with quality and pricing in mind. His products were just as excellent as he had suggested and shown. His pricing was better than expected. He has great installers to support any sized project. Jim is as friendly and decent as they come. It was truly pleasurable to work with him. I would definitely recommend Jim and his company for anyone looking for flooring needs. Jim is also very well connected to the locality for other contracting needs and support. Thank you Jim. Worst experience ever. Both the main Warehouse in Dallas and this local unit. Lack of communication and unresponsive. Just a total Fiasco all around. It's two weeks later and I still don't have my flooring done. I've been left hanging more than once..They don't allow you to communicate directly with the installers and it's next to nearly impossible to get anybody to tell you what's going on. I'm severely disappointed and would not ever recommend this company

The installers were fast and did an excellent job laying carpet. We were very pleased with the result. They were gentle with the furniture also.
