Everything started off great with Ryan the manager. He understood we were under a time crunch. He stated everything is done via email. After we accepted the quote the next step was to template which he said he could do the next day after the shower was tiled. When the shower was done tiling I reached out to schedule the templeting via email. No answer for three days. I called and spoke with Ryan. We can’t get out to see you till next week was his response. I just got an email and he didn’t realize that day was a holiday. I explained to him the lack of communication and that timing was of the essence. He informed me he is the only guy who does installs and that if I’m not understanding his dilemma, then I’m being to difficult and he doesn’t want to do the job. All I did was explain the lack

I had reached out on my communities Facebook page looking for assistance in fixing a few windows that had the seals fail. Part owner Mike Burdick of J Fox Glass and Mirror reached out saying he could help me out. He took a look at the project and said he could handle it. He told me he was going to reach out to his glass guy and get back to me. I have had to follow up numerous time in an attempt to get status on the job. Mike never has an update. Now if I leave a voce mail to inquire about when he will start the job, he never replies. If you’re starting a business up, ghosting clients you stated that you would do the work is no way to gain a positive reputation. I recommend to stay away from this business and stick with DGM or Killingly Glass.

Above and beyond service. Installation was fast, easy, wildly professional. Highly suggest them, Ryan was so helpful and easy to work with. Couldn’t thank you guys enough. Hopefully don’t need any more windows repaired but if I do, I will be looking forward to working with them again! Thanks Ryan!!

This is a great company. We’ve had to use them for some small little repairs for our house windows, and they’re always fair priced, and quick! If for some reason they need to order something, they give you an accurate estimate on time. I have zero complaints about this place!
