I want to share my recent experience with the staff at Hometown Heating. I've always received good service, I have no complaints. But during Christmas week, to be exact, on December 23rd, my pregnant wife's blood pressure rose, and she was sent to Hartford Hospital, and everything spiraled out of control. I had to stay at the hospital with my wife. And because of the situation, I forgot many things. On December 24th, my daughter Ximena Camila was born, and we were very happy that she was born healthy. On Friday, December 26th, we were discharged and sent home before the snowstorm started, and I remembered that I hadn't checked the propane tanks for the house's heating system. I called my friend early that morning and asked him to check the tanks and tell me what percentage they were at. Si

Hometown Heating is very customer focused. All interactions have been great. Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Also, everyone I have talked with on the phone is friendly and understanding. Oil deliveries have been on time as promised. Good company, all around!

Everything start to finish has been fantastic. Service technician Josh came out to inspect our furnace system and oil tank, lines, etc. for a setup that has been long overdue for any type of service. He was very informative and thorough and we were able to come up with a reasonable action plan to get the system where it needs to be. Excellent company and people. Erin in the office has been quick to answer any questions and concerns as well. 5 stars!!
