Reliable Remediation is without question the place to go for anything restoration, especially mold. Russ has been incredibly helpful and patient, taking time out of his day on many occasions to speak over the phone and help educate and answer all questions and concerns, with nothing but the highest degree of excellence and professionalism. Russ was awesome and very thorough!!! My home is about 275 years old and he made the basement seem almost new again! He explained what he was going to do beforehand and then did a walk through afterwards to make sure I was happy. He was punctual, professional and extremely tidy. Not a scrap of anything was left behind. He also gave my dogs some belly rubs which they loved!! I highly recommend Russ and Reliable Remediation!!!

So glad we hired Reliable Remediation. From the get-go, Russ was an excellent communicator, quickly responsive, very upfront and honest. So often with different kinds of service at home, it can feel like businesses want to take advantage of customers and charge as much as they can to do as big of a job as possible. That was not at all our experience with Reliable Remediation.
