Steven was wonderful to work with ensuring that I had all information and all questions were answered. he worked with the insurance company and the independent insurance adjuster to make sure all issues were properly noted and addressed. when they replaced the roof all of the workers were wonderful, kind and courteous. they took great care to ensure my garden was protected during the removal and everything was left remarkably clean. the only evidence they left was a beautiful new roof not a nail to be found! I got a follow up call shortly after project completion and another a few weeks after to ensure that all issues were addressed. I had Turn Key Remodeling replace my roof today. It was pleasure having this company do the job. The salesman offered me a fair price, the workers all worked hard and seemed very good at what they do. They went well beyond what I expected from them and their Project Manager was onsite the whole time to insure things went smoothly. Steve from turn key remodeling was extremely helpful and informative of the process for replacing my roof. I was surprised that they were able to replace such a big and complex roof all in a day. When I left for work, they were arriving and by the time I got home they were all done, cleaned up and gone. I'm extremely satisfied and recommend them 1000%
