Dan's Appliance Repair Services

Updated 2023: I used to count on Dan for excellent service, knowledge, rates and responsiveness, but he hasn't replied to my calls or texts for more than a month, so I hope he's OK but I can no longer recommend him. If things change I will update this review again. My 2020 review said: Dan of Dan's Appliances knows how to create longterm customer relationships: he is knowledgeable, helpful, very fair, and does what he says he's going to do. I recommend him 110%. And I am not a friend or family member — just a very happy customer who appreciates a great vendor. Dan has performed three jobs for me now over a few years, and I would not think of calling anyone else.

Yelp has several high reviews mentioning Dan's promptness, follow up, and service. I agree with all of them; he was great for us, really efficient, on what was ultimately a small job for him. Highly recommended - and will use him again when needed.

Dan was wonderful to work with. He is honest and does great work. Same day service and shows up when he says he will, always on time! I would highly recommend Dan to anyone.

I called Dan from a Google search (along with about 10 others) to repair my Whirlpool fridge. He was the only one to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. He provided a small (2 hour) window for the next day and showed up right on time. My fridge was fixed within an hour, he did not try to up sell me. He said his work is guaranteed and if I have any other issues, he would be back at no charge. I am happy to support a small, local business but even more so because he was honest and reliable. While I hope I don't need to use his service again any time soon, he will definitely be my first call if and when needed.

Dan is prompt, polite and efficient as well as reasonable!! I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of any kind of appliance repair!! He calls right back in an adequate and timely manner and he is honest and trustworthy as well as helpful!!
