We needed to replace our 27 year old heat pump system. After getting 4 estimates, we decided to go with Dave's Heating and Cooling. Not only did they have the best price and warranty on the system we chose, the customer service we have received and continue to receive is second to none. From the owners to the installers, and the office staff, everyone we have dealt with are the epitome of what customer service should be. As for the performance of the system we are very pleased. It keeps our house much more comfortable than the old system was ever able to. Basking in the happiness of a warm and cozy home : )

An excellent company with great people! We got a few bids on a heat pump install and chose Dave's not just because they had the best price, but because of the open, honest communication right from the start. The installers, Chris and Ryan, were excellent! Efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up everything afterwards. No wonder Dave's is the best on the peninsula!

Start to finish a great experience. Dave did our estimate and explained the entire process to us. We walked the house inside and out and were shown options and recommendations for our installation. Checking with neighbors and friends, we found out that they had very good experience with Dave's and highly recommended them. Prior to receiving the final bid, I requested a change to what we had initially discussed on the number of indoor room units. Although the units proposed would be adequate to do the job, we opted for an additional unit to the master bedroom that Dave discussed during our walk around.
