Richard is such a hard worker and does all he can to make sure our needs have always been taken care of. We bought a house with a very old pellet stove that hadn’t been taken care of very well, and he was able to service and fix it a few times until we saved the money to get a new one. The new one came at his recommendation based on our needs and he installed it as soon as it was in stock. Richard is very honest and taught us all about our options and helped us make a decision that made the most sense for us. If he gives you advice on what type of pellets not to buy, just take his word for it, it’ll save you in the long run. He’s very kind and we always appreciate the service he provides.

Richard is a life saver. We had problems with wood stove smoke filling our house. I tried to figure out what was going on, but after several unsuccessful days and very cold nights I reached out to Strait Comfort Systems for help.
