I have a whole house Generac Generator that was installed by our electrician but not a Generac installer. I've had issues with the generator running properly under load during power outages. I discovered that Adam at Sound Electrical Contractors is a certified Generac technician. Adam and Stewart were able to come up and troubleshoot the whole system including Automatic Transfer Switches and Load Shed Modules; basically the whole system end-to-end. They were able to determine where the problems existed and give recommendations to potential upgrades going forward. I was really happy with their straight forward, prompt, and friendly service. It's great to know we have experts with home generators in our area. I will definitely call again for service.

Caleb, Adam, and Stu were the best! First, Caleb made the trek to Forks to do an initial look at the place and confirm what updates may be needed - spoiler alert, when everything's original to the 90's it's a good chance the wiring could use some TLC. Caleb answered all of my questions and worked with me to figure out what updates felt most pressing and gave us some great pricing options - I felt the cost was more then fair and the work done was top notch. Not to mention they managed to complete the project faster than originally planned, with more than a few puzzles from the prior homeowners/contractors to navigate along the way. I'm happy we've found someone we can trust to get the job done, and done well, and we'll definitely be working with the Sound Electrical team again.

I would not hesitate to recommend Sound Electric. We are very pleased with their work on our house. Caleb, Stuart and Adam were all very helpful, courteous, friendly , and answered all our questions. We feel much safer and more comfortable in our house. If we ever need electrical work on our house again, we will call Sound Electric!

Called Sound in the afternoon to see when I could get someone to check the panel box. They had someone come out the next morning Adam was a very friendly and got to see what was the problem. He explained that it was not in the breaker box but in the outlet in the house. We had our lights back in record time. He was on top of all that had to be done. Caleb and Adam are very easy to work with and they do excellent work. Communication with them was very good and they were always on time to the jobsite. They gave us several options on the bid for our project and we were able to choose one that fit our budget and needs. Caleb will be the first one we call on any further projects.
