We had M & P out to look at a possible issue with one of our garage doors, and to give both of then a once-over, and boy, are we glad we did! Joe and Eli were wonderful- professional, efficient, and considerate, but even more importantly, they really knew what they were doing. They found loose moorings and missing bearings on one of our doors that could have resulted in a catastrophic failure- and we weren't even aware there was a problem. Whew. We've also used M & P in the past for installation and service, after previously using another company, and have found their service and responsiveness to be truly excellent. I’ve used M&P twice recently at Lake Sutherland. The service was so good and so fair the first time, I called them again for another door situation. This time Ricky came out. What a nice young man. He diagnosed what turned out to be an unexpected problem with regard to my builder installing it incorrectly. Ricky had everything he needed on hand to correct the problem. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very fair. M&P will be my go to for all future needs.
