Our old front door suddenly stopped latching. Mark was great. He re-hung the door to balance it and re-keyed our locks for the first time in 20 years. He arrived on time, solved our issues and was a great guy to work with. We would hire him again and recommend his services.

I completed an inquiry on their website and received a speedy reply by the next morning regarding scheduling. Mark showed up on-time, and was very professional and polite. We had them re-key a couple locks and install both handlesets. They even used their own little vacuum to cleanup the shavings from drilling the new bore holes!
