Septic replaced by code, left a big mess all over the place and after 7 days all the soil is settling 3 Feet!!! I reached out to them and the reply was: We see that all the time, you need to do some shovel work. Excuse me? You better fix it our do it the first time correct and compress the soil around it. Unacceptable.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Needed a concrete cover for my distribution box and Gavin pointed me in the right direction (despite me foolishly not taking measurements). Price was fantastic he loaded the cover into my truck and sent me on my way. Thank you for the help!!!!

Yet another problem today with our newly installed septic and guessing we will be charged another fee to come look and then to fix…everything is barely over a year old. Edit to add: paying for flagging we were not bothered by. Warranty or not we’ve had so many issues already which shouldn’t happen with a job well done. this was in fact the third time something has gone wrong. A perhaps undocumented time was because they finished their job leaving a fully cracked cover over our middle tank. We had a more reputable/ recommended local company stop by yesterday and they found not one issue but five things-three of which I could even see myself without specialist knowledge-that were wrong once tanks were removed ton inspect the issue. We had DBS come and check out a leak we had in our septic field. They sent a crew that day and they put up flags around the area and said they would put together a quote. We waited and never received one. After 2 weeks we contacted a different company to have the repairs done. About 3 months after this work was done we received a bill from DBS for their trip to look at our leak. I called and talked to them and they apologized for not following up but insisted we needed to pay the $133.44 for their trip. I am giving them 2 stars because they cam out promptly, but there are plenty of other options out there.
