I contact them to fix a Samsung dryer. After checking on the cost of the parts we concluded that was better to just buy a new one. I was please that Matt rather than push me to fix it was honest and recommend that replacement was the best choice. During the process he was prompt and communicative as well. I would definitely hire them next time any of my appliance breaks

We called them when we needed a repair, and John came out. That was 19 years ago, and we’ve been loyal customers ever since. John consistently delivers honest, high-quality service. His expert advice and repairs have saved us a lot of money over the years. What stands out most is his integrity—he always gives honest guidance, which we truly value. We’ve recommended him to many friends, and they’ve all had great experiences too. Finding that sticker turned out to be a lucky break!

Attempted to repair my 2 year old GE dryer and charged $424.00 for the service. The dryer literally worked for 1 load of cloths then is dead again. I advised the owner of the situation and haven’t seen or heard how he plans to address the issue. Given my experience I cannot recommend this company for any appliance repair.
