DB Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing my new furnace and AC unit. They carefully reviewed my existing HVAC system, identified areas where it was overkill and others that needed fixing, and made smart, honest recommendations. The system is working much better now. When I had an issue a few days later that wasn’t their fault, they responded quickly and took care of it with no hassle. These guys are great. They responded very quickly; the owner, Rob, even came to our place free of charge to evaluate our condenser, which we really appreciated. They were very responsive and found time to look at our system within 24 hours. We’re going to continue to use DB Cooling. Especially since the last company we used tried to scam us into a completely new system, these guys saved us thousands of dollars just by being honest and professional. Can’t thank them enough! It’s hard to find professionals to trust; you can trust them.

I reached out to Rob in the morning, and a few hours later he was at my house. He said it would be installed on Friday. It was installed on Friday. Rob's crew showed up when they were supposed to, and they quickly removed the old unit. There were some issues with the delivery of the wrong unit from the distributor, and ultimately one of Rob's crew went and picked up the correct units to complete the job. There was excellent communication throughout the process, and an overall great experience.

These guys are the absolute BEST at what they do! If I could give them 100 stars I would - we used to have nothing but problems with our central AC until we found DB. They fixed every issue that the other guys left us with - and now we have a perfectly running unit that keeps our house cool and comfortable. I really wanted to like a local company. Unfortunately this company is not for me. I needed someone to take a look at my AC which was not working correctly. They made an appointment 5 days out which was frustrating. I had a time slot between 10-11 and by 11:15 no one showed up. When I called, the person on the phone did not want to be bothered and told me the technician was still on his other job and he would be to me when he was done. At 12:15 I was given an update by the driver. He finally showed up at about 12:45. Why have a window when you're not going to abide by it. The technician was very nice and informative.
