Tom and his team of workers were always so pleasant, kind and professional! My husband and I had some landscaping design work that was desperately needed underneath our deck and around. His hard-working crew designed a beautiful walkway using big rocks we already had, as well as additional ones we purchased. We recently needed to replace the liner in our 25+ year-old pool, and when Tom recommended a black liner, we were honestly a bit skeptical—it seemed like an unusual choice. But after showing us examples from other client projects, we decided to trust his vision and go with it. During installation, the black liner looked… well, kind of like a giant garbage bag. We called Tom, a little nervous, and he simply said, “Trust me—once it’s filled with water, if you don’t love it, we’ll replace it.” Well, once the water went in, we were blown away. What used to be an older pool suddenly looked like a sleek, modern gunite pool. It completely transformed the space! In short- the Team at Thomas Flint is easy to work with and they pride themselves on exceptional craftsmanship at a reasonable price. There are few things more daunting than choosing a company for a large home project. It’s like proposing marriage immediately after meeting someone speed dating. A friend of a friend recommended Thomas Flint, so we had no real ties to them, but we couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with. Anytime you embark on a large project you should expect that unforeseen things will come up and this is compounded with supply issues associated with Covid. Like marriage, when complications come up during a project, the best partners are honest, even keel, communicative, responsive, and take a thoughtful approach with their partner’s (customer’s) needs in mind.

Thomas Flint put in a patio in our backyard a few years ago. We weren’t sure of the type of patio stones we wanted so Thomas took us to a few homes to see his completed patios. It was so helpful. We immediately booked him. We Didn’t even check with other companies The crew he sent was very friendly n did an amazing job. They went out of their way to please us.
