I was really thrilled with the service from Doug. We have a toddler that is learning about toilet training (and the appropriate amount of toilet paper to use) and managed to clog an entire bathroom causing a leak, and Doug was great at diagnosing and fixing the problem, and coming up with a way to put in some preventative measures to avoid future issues. He was also incredibly mindful about locating pipes before opening any walls so that repair was as minimal as possible (we only ended up with one small hole). Doug and the whole team communicates easily, shows up on time, and gets the job done. His pricing was right in line with his estimate. I highly recommend them.
