After a rough start, we ended up with the best group of men to complete our home. Derek was instrumental in following up calls that helped us to decide to use this company. We had new siding, gutters, downspouts and pans to cover our carport and lani. Mike was able to ensure that our job was done expertly. If the siding started going up lopsided, he had them remove it and do it right. Just a small example of how detailed this group was. We know they went above and beyond what our expectations were.

I had a great experience working with Brandon and his team at DCC builders for my windows. There were hoops we had to jump through with the historic board of Lakeland and Brandon was there for each step. He is responsible, responsive and was involved helpful from start to finish. Not to mention, the windows have completely changed the look of the house for the better and there has been a HUGE reduction in outside noise from the street. Also the temperature in the house is much better. If I move or buy another house I’ll definitely be calling Brandon back to work together again.

We had our home resided. They did an excellent job. Site was picked up everyday before leaving. Very respectful and never stopped till the job was completed.

A friend referred me to DCC Builders for a roof issue I was having. I met with Randy, the owner and Brandon for a solution. They checked my old flat roof that needed to be replaced and quoted a price that was within my budget. It was also noted that the job might need additional tiles or wood. Again I was ok with that and was grateful they were up front about possible additional costs if extra material was needed. Pamela and Jess from DCC made sure I was informed of all updates and scheduled work. They were very friendly Buddy the job foreman kept me updated on the materials needed and how everything was progressing. He was a great help.
