Outstanding customer service from Donald and the rest of the staff. I had a fence installed about 3 years ago in Ohio, and one of the gate latches seized up in the winter and couldn’t be opened. After trying to go through my installer, I had no luck, so I decided to contact D&D directly - I’m glad I did. Donald took my information and called back the next day with instructions to submit online. A couple days later I received an email with all the details. The new handle showed up at my house about 4 days later with very detailed instructions. I had to break the old handle off and return it in the prepaid shipping label and was able to install the replacement myself. Thank you for making this process easy. I had a fence installed in my back yard about 5 years ago, and the magna-latches key locks failed to work. I contacted D&D Technologies, and the replacement latches were shipped to me within a few days. I have been assured that the design issue with the latches has been corrected. These folks were great to work with.

I had a gate latch issue that was caused by improper use, not a fault of the latch design. The customer support I received was a refreshing throwback to when companies cared about their customers and their company's reputation. This is one great company! Not only do they make great products, but they stand behind them! I recently had a problem with a latch (not their fault) and they immediately said they’d send me a replacement. Would definitely recommend.
