De Lacey Parking Facility

I parked at this parking structure last night in Pasadena when I was going to eat at a restaurant across the street. I feel safer parking my car in a parking structure than the street which is why I decided to park here. The rate is pretty reasonable and there also complimentary time as well. I parked in the third level and finding the stairs or elevator was easy. Before you exit, you should pay at the machine which is on the ground level where the stairs and elevator are. It takes cash or credit card but there was also someone working the booth as well.

Holy cow what a terrible parking structure. Sure, it was the holiday season, but they really couldn’t make going in and out easy at all. Basically if you park at the top, you’ll be spending upwards of 40 minutes trying to get out due to how slow they are at letting people out. They were eventually forced to just let people through for free because they created a jam. Either upgrade the ticketing system or hire more staff to direct the flow of traffic. Do not park here if you’re expecting a busy day in the area.

Always busy place especially on Friday evening and Saturday. They allow 90 min of free parking.

We purchased parking ahead and then could not enter on the day of the Rose bowl parade due to blockades.

If you are coming to an event DO NOT PARK here, we were stuck close to an hour just trying to get out because their payment system apparently sucks
