We've been using DeSousa for about ten years and they've been consistently great. It's a locally-owned business where the staff are real people who answer the phone and actually care about you as a customer (which isn't so common these days). By a fluke because of the extreme drop in temps and weather-related power outages, compounded with a change in usage, our family ran out of propane and didn't realize it until after-hours. I left a message and received a call back within 40 minutes - and within an hour and a half, we had a delivery to our house. I've been recommending them for years but this was just a great testament to using a local company and their commitment to customer service. Thanks, Desousa!

De Sousa Oil & Services Corporaton has a policy 15 miles delivery. The woman I spoke to said don't deliver over 15 miles and hang up on me also never ask for the service address. Did the map direction from there website from there office and my home is exactly 15 miles and 25 minutes. Very poor Customer Service.

We have been customers for a few years now and are always satisfied. They answer phone calls promptly, are polite, deliver in a great time frame, and are respectful of property.

Absolutely amazing people! I had been using George's p&h for 15 years I called because I was running low on oil and the owner was extremely nasty to me I explained I have a 2 yr old who has had 14 brain surgeries and my 83 yr old mother living in my home and the owner continued to be nasty. So I contacted De dousa and they were at my house within 15 mins and super super kind!!!! Very very happy customer!
