My 2-car garage door’s springs broke and it was unusable. I called Palmerton Garage Door (who had installed the door 8 years prior) and was told a repairman could most likely be able to come same day. Well, he did! From the time I initially called to the time it was repaired (for a very reasonable price) was roughly 5 hours. The technician even tightened the chain and lubricated the track on the (now fixed) door and the other functioning single door next to it. Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate it! I highly recommend them!

They installed my doors 19 years ago. Never had an issue until someone that came to the wrong address drove though one. I called them at 9:30 Friday morning and by the afternoon, someone was there to help take it done and patch the opening until the new door arrives. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I originally called Palmerton Garage b/c my original guy could not come out to fix my doors for 2 weeks. I am very happy it turned out that way. Palmerton came out immediately and fixed my garage door and I have been using them ever since. I own a business and open/close my doors at least 20 times a day. There is always going to be wear and tear but no matter what the problem is or what time of day, Palmerton comes out and takes care of the problem. The people are friendly, courteous and professional. Very reasonable in prices as well. I would highly recommend!

We were especially impressed to see him weigh the garage door to determine exactly what strength spring was needed—a level of attention we never saw from our last service provider. He even sprayed oil on the door when he finished, something no one else ever did. The pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend Palmerton Garage Door for both resid
