We were in the process of selling our home to a buyer with an FHA loan. The appraiser required a mold inspection, ASAP. I called PMEPMR and Eric was at the property within a couple of days to do the inspection. Results came back very quickly. We found that we needed remediation, and Eric squeezed us in right away. He is very timely, responsive, communicative, and had our best interest in mind. We discussed our options and he hopped to it. In addition he sent me videos and pictures as he remediated the basement. I would definitely hire again in the future. Great work, and fast!
