Decor Carpet One Floor & Home

We initially went to a big box home center. They were good enough to work with but their lead time for the carpet and additional lead time for the installation would have put us out like another month. The guys that Decor Carpet One fit us in for measuring on the same day, then got the carpet ordered and received very quickly. The installers came the next business day after the carpet arrived. Much quicker and we really needed that extra attention for our tight schedule. The installers were very professional and detailel oriented. The carpet looks splendid. 10 / 10 would use again.

We had our floors put in almost a year ago and have had had zero issues. Installers went above and beyond removing and putting back our old trim and creating a new lip for our front door. Everything in our home looks amazing thank you so much.

We replaced most of the flooring in our home and Decor Carpet One in Tukwila was so great to work with. From the selection which Peggy in the office helped us with. She shared the advantages of the different carpets and set me up with samples. She even borrowed a sample from the other store and had it sent down since it was the color I wanted. I was able to set up the measuring and bid for the next day with Mike. I chose the colors in my own home and with the furnishings we have which was great. Mike was able to book us in the next week and it only took 4 days to complete the entire job. The workmen who put it in were great and left the house tidy each night so we didn't have to work around any debris. Highly recommend - excellent sales, service and installation. Walked in to their show room after visiting a number of different locations in Tukwila. Peggy and Mike understood what we wanted right away. They were able to navigate a large product selection and find the EXACT floor tile we were interested in based on our vague description of a random internet image we had seen and had no brand reference for. We were blown away. Product was affordable, met all our needs for a home office, arrived earlier than predicted from the manufacturer, was installed earlier than we had hoped and in less time - despite active snowfall. I had a leak in my house. Carpet One Floor & Home's representative Ian came to the house and measured the floors and endured my cat's attach with fearlessness and dignity. He took the time to explain the process and offered to bring the samples of the flooring of my choice. He was clear, compassionate as he understood this was very stressful time for me. I am writing to thank him, his company, and especially two professionals he sent to install my floors. They were amazing!!!! Not only did they do a fantastic job...they also cleaned after themselves and helped me with moving the furniture and area rugs!! I am utmost grateful!!!
