I can tell she has been doing this a long time due to setting clear expectations and clarity of what her services offer, and how good she does every time. Dee Was very rude and unprofessional. Cursing like s sailor from the very first phone call. Came over for a scheduled deep cleaning and didn't end up staying to clean. She wants a house that is already pristine and super clean. So then my question is why are you in the business of cleaning if you don't want to clean? I gave her the dimensions of my house and exact square footage before she arrived. She quoted me a paricular price range over the phone and then apon arrival stated that the house was a bit bigger than she imagined. I also pre cleaned and there was no trash or clutter or any items for her to pick up. The house had been professionally cleaned one month prior and I have only lived here one month. She insulted me by looking into my toilet bowl (which was clean) then lifted the
