My honest review under the new ownership. Brent and his crew installed our inground for us in one week. Going into this I wanted to do whatever work I could during the building process to save money and that wasn't an issue with them at all. They allowed me to do my own gas, electric, heater install, etc and most days Brent would call me to let me know which step of mine I could finish that night in order to not slow them down. They would even throw out creative ideas on the chores that i was doing in order to save me money, imrpove appearance, and functionality of the pool. So I never really felt like it was up to me to figure out and its my problem. They never once came off as money hungry and If I said I didn't want certain extras there was NEVER a sales push. We bought a spa from here in February 2025. They were running a sale and my wife talked me into it. I’m so glad she did! This is by far the best spa I’ve ever been in! About 90% of the jets are adjustable so you can turn them full power or completely off individually. If you turn the jets all the way up, it literally will move you forward. Tight muscles and knots are quickly removed with one use (even though we use it 5-6 days per week). We’ve never owned a spa but the team has helped us every step of the way. From delivery to water management it’s been awesome. I really couldn’t recommend them more. It’s a big purchase but one that I don’t regret in the slightest!

Mikie was fantastic to work with! We purchased our hot tub and couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely be back in the spring to add an above ground pool. Highly recommend, great service and great prices!

Kamryn gave great customer service with communication back and forth and explaining the process for us. Brent (owner) came out to do the excavation portion of the project himself. Their setup crew worked very hard and made sure we had things the way would had hoped. We had a very good experience with this company.

I guess i should have read the reviews. Solar cover had a hole in it before I ever got it all the way out of the box. Took it back within an hour after purchasing and was told the manufacturer wouldn't take it back. Stuck with a brand new cover that has a hole in it.
