Del Val Pools and Spas Elmer

Our pool is not properly installed and is dangerous. Last july 2024 we purchased a $15,000 pool. There was two Corner posts that were incorrect at the time of install. The pool installation company Modified Two posts With new holes For the railings to fit(unsafely). This was a temporary fix and the correct parts will be delivered to del val. We have been back and forth with the install company the pool company and the manufacturer everybody keeps blaming the other company and Del Val just keeps blowing us off not really wanting to help. it has been almost a year and today we were given more smoke to be blow up our butts. So this is just a warning to anybody who ever wants to buy a pool do not go to Del Val Pools and Spas.There is no record at Del val that we even had a problem after cisit

So I called to get my pump replaced because it died. For service is $350 which isn't bad. BUT their prices are way above market - a Pentair SuperFlo goes for $1500/$1600 everywhere - lady said $2000 I asked if they priced match or gave veteran discount and she said no. That's a big mark up for the pump

Zero stars if I could. Supposed to be here on Friday to repair a leak behind the light. Then it was changed to Monday but never called to tell me until I asked where they were. Problem not fixed on Monday. Called Tuesday to report the problem persists, ensured I would get a call back. No call. Called again later in the afternoon, no answer. Called again Wednesday. They won't come out until Friday. Never again. Horrible customer service. A week later my pool still isn't fixed. Edit: Since I blasted them, they are now refusing to continue.
