An appointment was scheduled for a rug cleaning. No one showed, no one called to cancel and no one responded to my voice mail messages asking for a call back, an explanation for the no show and a possible reschedule. Probably out of business and if not, should be.
We needed the rug in our RV cleaned. They responded quickly and did a good job at a reasonable price
