From start to finish, my experience with Elmer Door and Exteriors was outstanding. Chris, the sales representative, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy to understand. The General Manager, Matt, went above and beyond—he kindly rearranged the schedule so that the installation could be completed in time for me to make a last-minute doctor’s appointment. That level of care and flexibility really stood out. Fran, the installer, was equally wonderful. He installed my new garage door opener efficiently, cleaned up everything afterward, and took the time to walk me through how to use it since I’m new to having one. Great company with exceptional customer service. Submitted a webform for a quote after hours on a Monday and received a call by lunch time on Tuesday and Josh from Elmer in my driveway less than 24 hours from my initial form submission. The mechanic was knowledgeable, took his time on the install, and went the extra mile. One of the best experiences I have had with a company. The price was fair and reasonable.

Amazing door company. There’s a reason you see their trucks everywhere! Josh Snodgrass, one of the salesman was extremely helpful from the beginning explaining all of my options and bringing down samples to my home even! He was patient as I was going back and forth with different styles. The installers were quick, efficient and did a great job from start to finish with cleaning and installment.
