got an estimate....almost $1,500 to install ONE toilet AND don't have to take old toilet out or away....AND to put up TWO shop lights(I have the lights) over $1000 dollars smh I have used this company for a long time but no more. $500 dollars an hour is a little ridiculous. Not sure what is gone on in there but hopefully they get it together before they run the business into the ground. So very disappointed for one and little angry they would treat me like I am stupid and old. I will take my business elsewhere.

A HUGE thank you to Ryan S and Sean S. We woke up to no water in the house. Ryan arrived at the house first and was professional, polite and explained everything that was going on and diagnosed our problem quickly. Ryan gave us a quote and a few hours later Sean arrived exactly as quoted at 14:00. He went into detail explaining what had happened and what he was doing with the install. Shortly after we were up and running again and the house had running water from the well. Great company to deal with and fantastic technicians. Highly recommend the company and those 2 guys. We had been dealing with a persistent issue with our heater, and Carl accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes. His expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. Fast response to a non working heater. I had another company (Harris) here as well but had stopped working with them after a completely terrible and unprofessional experience. Harris had suggested yet another part was faulty and was looking to charge me $1500-2000 to fix it after the charges I had already incurred. Eric and Carl from Krise arrived shortly after the other company left and had the system working in well under an hour. Turns out the suggested part wasn't faulty after all and the heater components were reassembled in a very questionable manner. Thank you to the Krise team! You all rock and I shall forever appreciate you.

Our furnace went on a Friday afternoon and was determined to need replacing. They were there first thing Monday morning to give us a quote and they got it replaced that week. Fast, professional and reasonably priced. We were in a pinch and they came through in a big way.
