Delta Pools

I decided to save a little money by hiring Delta Pool to open my pool rather then my usual company. HUGE mistake. About an hour after they left I noticed my pool was extremely low on water. Come to find out they left a valve on that should have never even been touched. After 2 days the pool turned completely green. I had the water tested and there was no chemicals, and no salt. Another $250 in salt and chemicals. Not to mention he never turned the skimmer on so the water was just circling the pool. After 2 weeks the water still is cloudy and we have had to put another $100 in chemicals to try to clear it. Discovered yesterday that the salt generator was never even turned on. I basically paid $250 to him for pulling the cover off my pool and another $400 trying to fix his messes. I called C

Do not hire chip law or any of the companies he has registered in Rochester: Delta Pools, Delta Construction and Vista Pools. He was hired to replace my 30 year old inground pool liner and then immediately closed the pool. the following summer we noticed abnormal water loss and found out he did not seal behind the underwater light resulting in major seepage into the concrete... he did not replace 30 year old gaskets and he did not completely seal the seams

I hired Chip to clean and replace the liner in my inground pool. I gave him $1000 deposit on May 1st 2019. He hasn’t done anything except pull some leaves out. I’ve called and text him multiple times. No response! I went to his home and still haven’t heard back from him. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! He will run off with your money . I should’ve known he couldn’t be trusted when he tried to talk me in to insurance fraud. I’m thinking about contacting some of these insurance companies that he admitted to scamming for payment. Don’t be fooled by him being elderly .
