We met with four different contractors. Three of the four thought we’d be better off demolishing our house of over 20 years and starting from scratch. We had a fantastic experience with DBRG remodeling our home in Bethesda! We added a floor to our home and redid our whole first floor (including expansion of the space, redoing the kitchen and a bathroom remodel)! Not only was the design and workmanship top notch, Todd and Leah were great to work with. They are both a wealth of knowledge when it comes to design and construction and they both excel with their communication skills. Leah managed the subcontractors well to ensure timely completion within our budget so we could move back to a complete, functional, and beautiful home! DBRG were wonderful to work with. Leah, the project manager, was friendly and professional and helped us to understand and navigate all the steps involved in turning a spare bedroom into a masterbath with attached hallway and linen closet, and turn our back porch into an enclosed mudroom, rebuilding a new back porch. We wanted to have our carpenter son construct the built ins for the mudroom and they accommodated him and his work as well. We will definitely be calling on them again for additional work when needed.

We had a home addition construction done by DBRG of Maryland during the peak years of the covid19 pandemic. In despite of the challenges in materials and workers shortage, DBRG completed the work in reasonable time! DBRG staff and their contractors were professional, responsive, and they delivered the products as expected. We appreciate DBRG team of their support and expertise for advising us on the design and choices of construction materials. We are very happy with the addition and we definitely would recommend DBRG to our friends.
